When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide one, the items you order, any options you choose (such as the unscented option), and any note you add to your order.
When you contact us through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, the topic, your order number if you give one, and your message.
If you create an account, we also store your login details and your order history.
Automatically, like most websites, our servers record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you visit. This helps us keep the site secure and working properly.

We use only the cookies the shop needs to work, such as those that remember what is in your bag and keep you signed in at checkout. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics tracking on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, Google may receive your IP address and basic browser information.
How long we keep information
We keep order information for as long as we need it to provide the order and support you, and as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes. We keep messages sent through the contact form for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the conversation.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us a question about this policy, by using our contact form. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights over your personal information. We will respond to requests as required by law. We may need to keep certain records, such as order and tax records, even after a deletion request.
